EGStoltzfus is excited to be part of the 2017 Holiday Homes on Parade, sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Lancaster County.
This is the first year for the event, which showcases 9 newly built and remodeled homes in Lancaster County, each decorated for the holiday season. The public is invited to tour the homes and be inspired by unique displays of home design, décor and detail.
Two homes in our Landis Farm community in East Hempfield Township are featured on the parade, as well as the newest Farmstead model home at Homestead Village, an enhanced senior living community in East Hempfield. EGStoltzfus is the builder for the Farmstead, which is Homestead Village’s newest expansion featuring 98 carriage homes.
Holiday Homes on Parade is Friday, December 1st (5-8PM) and Saturday, December 2nd (2-8PM). Tickets are $15 per person (children under 13 are free) and proceeds benefit The Salvation Army Coats for Kids.

EGStoltzfus Homes recently announced an employee promotion and new hire.
Jordan Schmalhofer was promoted to New Home Sales Specialist for the Parkview at Winding Hills community, located in in the Mechanicsburg School District. Parkview features 3-4 bedroom homes starting in the low $300s.
As New Home Sales Specialist, Jordan educates buyers and supports them throughout the customization and sale of their new home.
Jordan will also service a new community phase – Highland Ridge at Winding Hills – coming spring of 2018.
Jordan joined EGS in November 2016 as a Sales Assistant & Model Home Greeter. He’s a lifelong Lancaster County resident.
Victoria Tallarico has joined EGStoltzfus as Online Sales Counselor. She is responsible for managing the company’s incoming Neighborhood Homes sales leads and providing customer support during the initial phase of the homebuying process.
Victoria will service the Lancaster County communities of Barons Ridge, Southern Village and Landis Farm, which feature single family homes & carriage homes starting in the mid $200s.
Prior to joining EGS, Victoria worked as an online sales coordinator for Charter Homes and is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University.

For the second consecutive year, EGStoltzfus was named one of the region’s fastest growing companies.
The Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies program, sponsored by the Central Penn Business Journal, identifies the region’s most dynamic companies that have made significant contributions to the strength of our local economy.
Central Penn revealed this year’s rankings at an awards ceremony on September 25th at the Harrisburg Hilton. EGStoltzfus received the #15 ranking. This is the second time EGStoltzfus has received Top 50 honors.

EGStoltzfus Homes was voted the #1 Home Builder in Lancaster County in the 2017 Readers’ Choice Awards, presented by LNP. The Readers’ Choice Awards are published annually by LNP and highlight favorite Lancaster County businesses, as voted on by readers.
This year’s voting took place in May and June. EGStoltzfus’ award fell under the Home & Garden category. Other categories that readers could vote on included Apparel, Auto, Bridal, Education, Financial, Food & Beverage, Health & Beauty, Kids, Leisure, Medical, Miscellaneous, Pets, and Shopping.

CPBJ readers were invited to vote for who they believed are the best of the best in the Central PA business community. Categories included construction & design, education, health care, hospitality and more.
Thousands of readers voted and EGStoltzfus Homes received top honors for the Best Homebuilder category. EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction was one of the top three winners in the Best General Contractor category.
