EGStoltzfus Lancaster Communities Gear Up for Summer Fun

For anyone looking for new home construction in central PA (or just looking to have some fun), you’re in luck! Next month, EGStoltzfus has unique opportunities to experience two of their Lancaster County new home communities.

Parade of Homes – June 16-24

EGStoltzfus will once again take part in Lancaster County’s annual Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Lancaster County.

This year’s parade runs June 16th through June 24th. Even if you’re not in the market to buy or sell your home, the parade is the perfect chance to see the latest home design and decorating trends.

Our Dalton floor plan, located in Barons Ridge in Manheim, is showcased in this year’s parade. Barons Ridge offers great views in a great school district – Manheim Central. Single family homes start in the mid $200s.

The Dalton features 4 bedrooms, a spacious front entrance, granite kitchen countertops and other kitchen upgrades, and a large master bedroom.

Parade homes are open weekdays from 5-8PM and weekends from 12-6PM. Admission is free.

Information about all of this year’s parade homes will be available on the BIA’s Parade of Homes website at the end of May.

Landis Farm Family Fun Day – June 23

Join us on Saturday, June 23rd from 2-5PM for our 2nd annual Family Fun Day on the Meadow at Landis Farm.

Bring your family, friends and neighbors for an afternoon of free outdoor activities including a bouncy house, face painting and lots of kid-friendly games and prizes.

There will also be a live DJ and food truck on site. Our model home – featuring the popular Brentwood floor plan – will be open for tours. And Landis Farm’s latest Ready Now home – the Cambridge – will also be open.

Located in the Hempfield School District, Landis Farm is one of our most popular Neighborhood Home communities to-date. It offers single family homes and one- and two-story carriage homes, priced from the upper $200s.

Landis Farm is close to it all – Lancaster City, Park City Mall, Spooky Nook Sports and two of Lancaster County’s newest shopping destinations – The Shoppes at Belmont (now open) and The Crossings at Conestoga Creek (coming Fall 2018).

Stay tuned for details on the opening of our newest phase at Landis Farm, featuring more carriage homes – by popular demand!
