Please note that all in-person visits to our sales centers, model homes, and quick move-in homes are currently BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please contact us for more information about our homes or to schedule an appointment.

For the health and well-being of our staff and guests, we ask all visitors to join us in following the CDC and PA guidelines shared below:

  • Each home will be cleaned and sanitized prior to guest arrival
  • Visiting parties will be limited to (2) people beyond the EGStoltzfus greeter
  • Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from other individuals
  • A mask or face covering is required
  • Guests should wash hands with soap/water for at least 20 seconds, or use hand sanitizer
  • Refrain from unnecessary surface contact during visit
  • When sick, please stay at home
