Adam has been part of the EGS family since 2001, when he joined as a draftsman and began building expertise that now spans over two decades. A graduate of Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology with a degree in Architectural Design, he works directly with clients through every phase of the design process – from initial concept and 3D modeling to project management. Adam thrives on communication and creative problem-solving, and finds genuine reward in working across different design styles to help each client’s vision take shape.

Andy joined EGS in 2004 as an assistant site manager and has spent over two decades growing into his role as Division Manager and Design-Build Specialist. He consults with homeowners who are considering a renovation or addition, walking through the possibilities and helping each client decide which path makes the most sense for their home and life. Andy’s approach is rooted in collaboration and creative problem-solving – and through the design and evaluation process, clients become like family. His greatest reward is to visit a client a few months after a project to get feedback and hear firsthand what they enjoy most about their new space.

Courtney has been a cornerstone of the Custom Homes & Remodeling team since 2015, and she’s the expert at keeping projects on track – collaborating with office staff, site personnel, and clients throughout every phase of planning and execution. As Operations and Selections Manager, she brings her passion for detail and practical spaces to the selections process, making sure every space functions as well as it looks. Designing a dream home can feel overwhelming, but Courtney is there to guide the process and make the EGS experience a positive one.

Elizabeth joined the EGS team in 2025 and brings a creative and detail-oriented background that includes work as a junior set stylist, along with experience in freelance photography and floral design. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Penn State Harrisburg. In her role as Custom Homes & Remodeling Assistant, she keeps information current and handles contracts, invoices, and change orders – and finds it rewarding to support a team that works hard to bring each client’s dream home to life.

John brings over 30 years of design and construction experience to his role at EGS, along with a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and NCARB certification. As Design-Build Specialist, he guides clients from the first conversation through design, pricing, and decision-making to create functional spaces that align with each client’s goals and realistic construction costs. John’s passion is solving problems through innovative and thoughtful design. And he’ll be the first to tell you that actively listening to a client, not just hearing them, is the key to a successful project.

Dave brings 40+ years of construction experience to his role at EGS – including over two decades with the company, where he’s managed remodel, custom home, and commercial projects. As Pre-Construction Manager, he oversees estimating, scheduling, and trade partner selection – drawing on a sharp eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving that sets every project up for success. What keeps Dave motivated after all these years? Hearing a client say, “This is just what I envisioned.”

Josh brings a special eye for design and a knack for creative problem-solving to his role as Pre-Construction Manager – a combination rooted in his bachelor’s degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University. He joined EGS in 2021 as a site manager and has worked in the building industry since 2016, applying hands-on experience to guide projects from concept through completion. Josh works closely with trade partners to find the best and most economical solutions for each client – and nothing is as rewarding as seeing a client’s excitement grow when their project takes shape.

Darren learned the construction trade from the ground up, starting right out of high school and building 20 years of hands-on experience before joining EGS in 2020. As Site Manager, he keeps projects on track by managing schedules, maintaining quality control, and keeping clients updated every step of the way. Darren’s biggest reward is seeing a client’s excitement when they step into their new space – a milestone that’s made possible by his collaborative approach with clients, trades, and coworkers.

Justin grew up in the construction industry, learning the trade alongside his father before joining EGS in 2019. He has spent nearly a decade building hands-on expertise that only comes from being on the job site every day. As Site Manager, Justin manages schedules, subcontractors, and quality control while staying closely connected with clients from start to finish. The lasting friendships he builds with clients along the way are what he values most.

Steven joined EGS in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of construction experience – including 15 years specializing in remodeling – along with a commitment to safety backed by LEAD, OSHA 30, and CPR certifications. As Site Manager, he manages trades, maintains project schedules, and communicates daily with clients to keep them informed and confident throughout the process. Steven takes pride in building new relationships on every project and watching each client’s vision come to life.

Amy brings expertise, empathy, and problem-solving skills to her role at EGS and serves our Meadows at Strasburg, Nissley Run, and Laranbo Farm neighborhoods. Her approach to helping clients is simple – she listens to every want, need, and concern and treats everyone like family. It’s no secret that Amy goes above and beyond to make sure each client achieves their dream home.

Craig brings several years of client service experience to his role at EGS, where he manages sales at our Parkside and Brooklawn Phase II communities. He’s known for guiding buyers through the time-tested EGS process with professionalism and care, and his client-centered approach to homebuilding has earned him the trust and respect of everyone he works with.

Laura brings two decades of real estate expertise to her role, including a decade specializing in new home construction. She’s a helpful resource throughout your EGS journey – using her excellent communication and scheduling skills to make sure every detail of the transaction process fits into place. Laura loves helping people move into their dream home – and always makes the EGS experience seamless and worry-free.

Leslie is your first point of contact when you reach out to learn about our new home neighborhoods and the EGS homebuilding experience. She’s passionate about listening to your needs and making sure you feel supported and excited throughout your journey. A Certified Warrior Selling Practitioner with a Master of Education, Leslie finds few things more rewarding than seeing a client’s vision become reality.

Michael manages our customer care team, connecting with homeowners and helping deliver five-star service for any questions that may come up after your settlement. His helpful and knowledgeable team is committed to serving with excellence – so you’ll continue to get the most out of your EGS home long after moving in.

Katie is known for her ability to truly listen – translating each client’s vision into a personalized design that is uniquely theirs. Her favorite moment? When a client says, “It’s like you’re in my head!”
