Katie has been with EGStoltzfus since 2018 and helped launch our Design Studio in the summer of 2021, where she now guides clients through the exciting process of personalizing their new homes.

While she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Millersville University, design has always been her passion. As a Design Consultant Professional certified through the National Design Studio Institute, Katie is known for her ability to truly listen to clients—translating their vision into a cohesive, personalized design that feels like them. One of her favorite parts of the job is when a client says, “It’s like you’re in my head!”—that’s when she knows she’s nailed it.

Katie lives in Lancaster with her husband, Colin (aka Mr. Fix-it), daughter Sophia Joy (born April 2025), and their two rescue dogs, Milo and Lars.

Ashley Weber

Ashley manages the day-to-day functions of the studio, from scheduling appointments to prepping buyers for their selection appointment. She also helps clients with design inspiration and color combinations, creating a home that perfectly reflects them.

Ashley joined EGStoltzfus Homes in 2025 as a Design Studio Coordinator. She earned her degree from The Pennsylvania State University and is working toward certification through the National Design Institute. Prior to her current role, Ashley interned at a design studio, where she gained hands-on experience helping clients select colors and finishes for their dream homes.

Ashley has had a passion for art and design for as long as she can remember. She enjoys painting pottery, photography, and spending time with her family, friends, and her two dogs, Charlie and Wrigley. One of her favorite quotes is “The only way to do great work is to love what you do.” Ashley is excited to help bring visions to life and create spaces you truly love.

Stephanie helps homebuyers through the design selection process – sharing expert insights about our available products and ensuring that her clients personalize their home in ways that are just right for them.

Stephanie joined EGStoltzfus Homes in 2016 as a Neighborhood Sales Specialist. A licensed real estate agent and graduate of Elizabethtown College, she is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) and is currently working towards an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Architecture.

Stephanie enjoys the beach, gardening, cooking and baking, spending time with friends and family, and hunting with her dog. She believes knowledge is the pathway to success and enjoys learning new things. She lives right outside downtown Lancaster with her husband Tony, two dogs Sven and Luna, and her cat Shady.
