EGStoltzfus recently announced the following new hires:
Josh Jones
Josh Jones joins the Custom Homes & Remodeling Team as Remodel Site Manager. His prior industry experience includes preconstruction management, project management, and carpentry. Josh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University.

Mike Morrow
Mike Morrow joins EGStoltzfus Homes as Customer Service Manager. He brings several years of experience to the organization, previously owning a residential real estate inspection company, and also managing the customer and warranty process for another local builder. Mike has a degree in Building Construction from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Brandon Mays
Brandon Mays joins the Custom Homes & Remodeling Team as Lead Carpenter. He has nearly a decade of carpentry experience and previously worked for some of the area’s largest construction services firms. Brandon also completed an apprenticeship through ABC Keystone to become a Journeyman Carpenter.

Role Changes
EGStoltzfus recently announced the following role changes across the organization:
Dave Wells
Dave Wells accepted the new position of Preconstruction Manager for our Custom Homes & Remodeling division. He was hired in 2002 and had been serving as Remodel Site Manager.

Andrew Hill
Andrew Hill accepted the position of Preconstruction Engineer. He previously served as a Site Manager. Andrew joined the Commercial Construction division in 2011.

Adam Pettis
Adam Pettis is now serving as Preconstruction Manager on the Commercial Construction team. He previously held the role of Project Engineer since being hired in 2016.

Shawn Buckwalter has assumed the new position of Director of Project Development for our Commercial Construction team. He previously served as Director of Preconstruction since joining EGStoltzfus in 2012. the U.S. Ashley has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Business from Indiana University.
