Option #1: If an interested buyer is already at the home, they simply scan the QR code on the sign that’s located at the property.

After scanning the QR code with their phone, they’ll connect to a website and complete a brief online registration.

After registering, they’ll receive an access code that allows them to enter the home using the door’s keypad.

Option #2: If a buyer is not at the home, they can go to our website and schedule a self-guided tour at a day and time that’s convenient for them.

Buyers should visit EGStoltzfusHomes.com and look for the orange “Take a Self-Guided Tour” button (pictured below), which is featured on select quick move-in homes that offer the tours.

After clicking the button, just follow the prompts to schedule your tour.
