EGStoltzfus Receives 2022 Ethics in Business Award
EGStoltzfus is honored to be named the 2022 recipient of the Ethics in Business Award, presented by the Samaritan Counseling Center of Lancaster.
EGS, along with fellow nominees Evolution Power Yoga, Joyland Roofing, and Zoetropolis Cinema Stillhouse were recognized in this year’s program
After accepting their Ethics in Business nomination, each organization undergoes an ethics audit that includes production of documents, an employee survey, and a half-day site visit and interviews.
The process culminates in an in-depth report presented to an anonymous selection committee comprised of local business leaders.
The committee uses these reports and their professional experience to select the award recipient based on five criteria – Integrity, Fairness and Justice, Stewardship, Life-Enhancing, and Transparency.
The awards banquet was held at Lancaster Country Club on July 21st. Andy Dula, President of EGStoltzfus, and fellow nominees participated in a panel discussion about practicing ethics in their organizations.
