Lime Spring Village: A Right-Size Home for Every Lifestyle

Townhome communities traditionally appeal to first-time homebuyers, young families, or those looking to downsize. But even those who don’t want to sacrifice any space at all can find the perfect fit at Lime Spring Village.

The EGStoltzfus luxury townhome community in East Hempfield Township recently introduced its new Parrish floor plan, offering great value and the best of both worlds: the size and feel of a single-family home with the convenience of low-maintenance living.

At 2,000+ square feet, the Parrish features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including a spacious owner’s suite with private bath and walk-in closet. The layout can also accommodate a fourth bedroom.

The Parrish home plan at Lime Spring Village includes three bedrooms with the option to add a fourth.

The Parrish also has a two-car garage with driveway and a full basement with optional flex space totaling over 880 square feet. Backyard decks overlook green space and an easily accessible walking path.

Best of all, the Parrish, like all floor plans in Lime Spring Village, offers the craftsmanship of an EGStoltzfus home. In business for over 55 years, EGStoltzfus has a longstanding reputation as one of the area’s top regional homebuilders, offering quality homes in great locations along with Design Studio specialists that walk each buyer through the process of selecting their new home’s interior and exterior features.

Prices for the Parrish start in the low $400s. There are two Parrish units currently available at Lime Spring Village, and a new Parrish model is now open at 2482 Spring Water Circle, Lancaster. Open house hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, or by appointment.

Lime Spring Village is currently closing out its second phase and kicking off its third phase, which will include the return of the popular Hershey floor plan. With three bedrooms, two and a half baths and 1,700 sq. ft. of living space, the Hershey has a smaller footprint than the Parrish and a starting price in the mid $300s.

There will be a total of 122 townhomes when complete.

Conveniently located off Marietta Avenue in the Hempfield School District, Lime Spring Village offers easy access to routes 30, 283 and 222 and walking trails connecting to the nearby Lime Spring Square shopping center. The community is also close to Penn State Health offices, U-GRO Learning Centre and Rohrerstown Elementary School.

The community also has a new nature playground.

Snow removal and mowing, water and trash are included in the HOA.
