Craig brings several years of client service experience to his role at EGS, where he manages sales at our Parkside and Brooklawn Phase II communities. He’s known for guiding buyers through the time-tested EGS process with professionalism and care, and his client-centered approach to homebuilding has earned him the trust and respect of everyone he works with.

Laura brings two decades of real estate expertise to her role, including a decade specializing in new home construction. She’s a helpful resource throughout your EGS journey – using her excellent communication and scheduling skills to make sure every detail of the transaction process fits into place. Laura loves helping people move into their dream home – and always makes the EGS experience seamless and worry-free.

Leslie is your first point of contact when you reach out to learn about our new home neighborhoods and the EGS homebuilding experience. She’s passionate about listening to your needs and making sure you feel supported and excited throughout your journey. A Certified Warrior Selling Practitioner with a Master of Education, Leslie finds few things more rewarding than seeing a client’s vision become reality.

Michael manages our customer care team, connecting with homeowners and helping deliver five-star service for any questions that may come up after your settlement. His helpful and knowledgeable team is committed to serving with excellence – so you’ll continue to get the most out of your EGS home long after moving in.

Ashley manages the day-to-day functions of the EGS Design Studio, from scheduling appointments to helping clients with design inspiration and color combinations. She’s working toward certification through the National Design Institute, and brings passion and creativity to every project. Ashley has always loved art and design, and she’s excited to help bring your vision to life and create a home you’ll truly love.

Katie has been with EGS since 2018 and helped launch our first Design Studio. As a Certified Design Consultant Professional, she guides clients through the process of personalizing their new homes. Katie is known for her ability to truly listen – translating each client’s vision into a personalized design that is uniquely theirs. Her favorite moment? When a client says, “It’s like you’re in my head!”
