Once a buyer goes under contract, they can use the EGS app to:

• Receive regular construction updates about their home
• View weekly construction progress photos and videos
• Pose questions to their new home sales specialist, customer coordinator, design studio team, and construction project manager
• Receive and sign documents and agreements before and after closing
• Communicate after settlement regarding service or warranty items

The goal is to create a smooth homebuying experience and help customers build a closer, more fulfilling relationship with EGStoltzfus.

After the homebuyer chooses their neighborhood, homesite, and home plan and officially go under contract, the EGS app becomes the buyer’s primary communications tool.
