The holidays are here, and there’s something magical about driving through neighborhoods that are decorated with twinkling lights, festive wreaths, and creative seasonal displays!

We’re once again celebrating the holiday season throughout our EGStoltzfus communities with our 2025 Holiday Homes Contest – and one lucky EGS homeowner will win a $200 Target gift card!

Whether you’ve been living in your EGS home for ten days or a few years, we want to see how you’re celebrating the season!

How to Enter the Holiday Homes Contest

Here’s how to enter:

Capture your holiday magic. Take a photo of your decorated EGStoltzfus home, whether it’s your outdoor display or a festive indoor scene.

Send us your entry. Email your photo to marketing@egstoltzfus.com with your first and last name, the name of your EGStoltzfus neighborhood, and your street address.

Submit by the deadline. All entries must be received by 11:59pm on December 14th to be eligible.

Let the voting begin! We’ll share entries on our social media channels, and the photo with the most votes wins a $200 Target gift card. The winner will be announced December 30th.

By submitting your entry, you’re giving EGStoltzfus permission to share your photos for current and future marketing materials.

Tips for an Eye-Catching Entry

Here are a few tips to make your holiday home photo stand out:

Timing matters. Photograph your outdoor decorations during the “golden hour” just after sunset when the sky still has color but your lights are glowing. For indoor shots, turn on your holiday lights and lamps to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Tell a story. The best photos capture more than decorations, they show personality! Include elements that make your holiday display uniquely yours – like a collection of vintage ornaments, a handmade wreath, or a theme you’ve carried throughout your home.

Consider composition. Frame your shot to include architectural elements of your EGS home! The craftsmanship and design details that make your home unique can enhance your holiday decorations perfectly.

Quality counts. Use a smartphone or camera with good resolution. Make sure your photo is well-lit and in focus so we can appreciate all the details of your holiday display.
