About Courtney

With 4 years of experience under her belt, Courtney has held several roles at EGStoltzfus. She started as a Compliance Administrator and also supported Accounting tasks. She now serves as a Pre-Construction Coordinator. Her adaptability and expertise have made her an invaluable part of our team.

Courtney’s strengths lie in being detailed and task-oriented. Her exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills not only help her excel in her role but also ensure that every project she works on runs smoothly.

Why She Loves the Construction Industry

For Courtney, the best part of working in construction is witnessing how each task, completed by every team member, contributes to the finished product. She finds satisfaction in knowing she plays a part in helping someone build their dream home.

Courtney loves to travel and read, and she’s always on the move, whether it’s enjoying outdoor walks, running, HIIT workouts, or hiking.
