For over 55 years, EGStoltzfus has been building relationships and vibrant residential and commercial spaces throughout southcentral Pennsylvania.
Today, we’re thrilled to share that we’re building something new for ourselves – a company headquarters that will bring our three divisions under one roof for the first time in over two decades.
The new EGS headquarters, scheduled for completion at the end of this year, signifies more than just a change of address for our Homes, Custom Homes & Remodeling, and Commercial businesses. It’s a reflection of the steady growth we’ve experienced as a family-owned, third-generation company, and it embodies our “Building One Story at a Time” philosophy that’s centered around our people and the clients we serve.
A building committee comprised of EGS employees has been working together over the past several years to assess the needs of our teams across the company and finalize the headquarters location and design.
Rather than build from the ground up, we chose to purchase and renovate an existing building, located just off Route 283 on Champ Boulevard near the Spooky Nook Sports complex. Some may know the location as the former Yamaha dealership, B&B Sales and Service.
The old Yamaha dealership located off Route 283 near Spooky Nook Sports complex is the future site of the new EGStoltzfus headquarters.
Leading the charge for our building transformation is none other than our Commercial Construction division, which has decades of experience in corporate remodeling projects, among other services including land development, senior living, affordable housing, healthcare, and more.
“Our team knows the value of reusing existing buildings. We love the challenge of bringing out the best in these types of structures, and so do the trade partners that we’re fortunate to work with,” shared Shannon Martin, Operations Manager for EGS Commercial.
“We’ve guided our Commercial and Custom Homes & Remodeling clients through similar projects – evaluating existing construction, determining rehab costs, and assessing a remodeled structure’s potential to meet their needs. It’s thrilling to now be doing the same type of work for us,” added Martin.
The decision to renovate instead of building new says something about who we are –practical, grounded, and in tune with the realities we face, just like many of our clients.
By the end of the year, EGStoltzfus Homes, Custom Homes & Remodeling, and Commercial Construction will operate from the same location. And this consolidation isn’t just about efficiency. It’s an opportunity to increase our level of internal collaboration and have greater interaction among employees, clients, and trade partners.

“We’re really excited to bring together 55+ years of expertise from all of our divisions. It’s a big milestone that will enable our nearly 100 employees to share ideas, learn from one another, and ultimately deliver even better outcomes for our clients,” shared Andy Dula, President of EGStoltzfus.
Dula added that project planning proceeded intentionally to allow the three divisions to continue expressing their separate identities while still bringing everyone together under one roof.
EGS teams work hard every day to make sure our homes and commercial spaces reflect our commitment to quality construction. So it’s only fitting that we apply those same standards to our own workspace.
From the office furnishings to the warehouse space, every inch of our new headquarters is designed to show our commitment to thoughtful construction and creating vibrant spaces that change lives. A few highlights include:
“Our employees deserve a space that matches their dedication and expertise. This new headquarters offers just that – a fun, joyful environment that supports productivity and the relationships that make our company strong,” added Dula.
The new headquarters will also house a state-of-the-art design studio that’s 50% larger than our current space.
The studio experience for our Homes clients will be even more personal and interactive, with greater opportunities to see and feel the products and finishes that bring their dream home to life.
Another advantage of the new design studio space is its strategic location within the building, which will allow for more collaboration throughout the construction process, across the stages of design and implementation.
Located just minutes from major travel routes, the Champ Blvd. location will also be easily accessible for our clients – reinforcing our commitment to serving the Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg region with the same local expertise and attention that’s defined EGS for over five decades.
As we prepare to open the doors to our new headquarters, we’re excited for the next chapter that it represents.
We’re also reminded of the foundation that has guided us since our beginning – focus on others and build relationships through honesty, integrity, and hard work.
Stay tuned for progress updates in the coming months, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new home!
