EGStoltzfus Homes Welcomes New Hires

We are excited to welcome two new team members to EGStoltzfus Homes!

Lorena Miranda

Lorena Miranda joins us as New Home Sales Specialist for Lime Spring Village.

She’s responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the EGS sales process and serving as the primary relationship coordinator throughout the building and real estate transaction.

Lorena joins EGS with several years of experience as a Realtor with Keller Williams Elite. Prior to that, she spent several years working in management at medical spas.

Born and raised in Lancaster, Lorena is excited to be a part of the new home construction industry! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, their dog, and family and friends.

Ashley Weber

Ashley Weber joins us as Design Studio Coordinator, where she helps guide buyers through their selection appointments as they personalize their new EGS home.

She received her bachelor’s degree from Penn State in Health and Human Development with a minor in Digital Media Trends and Analytics.

Last year, she completed a Design Studio Internship with another local builder.

Additionally, she’s currently working towards certification through the National Design Institute.

Ashley is from the Palmyra area and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two golden doodles.
