The most anticipated home tour event of the year is almost here!

EGStoltzfus is excited to participate in the 2025 Lancaster and Lebanon Counties Parade of Homes, where we’ll showcase 3 exceptional properties that reflect our legacy of quality construction and innovative designs.

This free public event is sponsored by the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County and offers homebuyers and design enthusiasts an opportunity to explore the latest trends in home construction and see the talents of our region’s top industry professionals.

The parade takes place June 14-15 and June 18-22, with weekday tours from 5-8 PM and weekends from noon-5 PM.

EGS will have one parade home open for in-person tours, and two homes will offer virtual tours.

Parade Home #15: The Parrish at Lime Spring Village

This EGStoltzfus Custom Homes & Remodeling project shows how a renovation can breathe new life into an existing home and meet the evolving needs of families.

Originally built in 2002 by the current homeowners, the home served the family well for over 20 years. To improve their everyday living, the homeowners desired a larger, redesigned kitchen, a sunroom, and an expanded outdoor deck for entertaining.

Working collaboratively through conceptual designs and 3-D modeling, a plan was tailored to the client’s needs and budget.
