Option 1: Self-Guided Tour

Perfect for the independent explorer or someone who’s in the early stages of their home search, our self-guided tours let you experience an EGS home on your terms.

There’s no sales interaction or scheduling around someone else’s availability. It’s just you and our beautiful homes!

Take a tour before work, over lunch, or during the evening or weekend. You can walk through the model or quick move-in home at your own pace, spend time in each room, and really picture how you’d live in the space.

Besides touring the home, you can also get a feel for the neighborhood. Drive the streets, check out the nearby amenities, and see if the community vibe matches what you’re looking for.

To take a self-tour: Visit the property and scan the QR code near the front door, or schedule in advance at a time that works for you. After a quick registration, you’ll receive an access code to enter the home.

Option 2: Model Home Open House

Our open houses strike the perfect balance between independence and guidance.

You’ll have the chance to meet an EGS team member and ask a few questions while having the flexibility to explore the home at your own pace.

During open houses, you’ll likely see other buyers who are also considering EGS. While our sales specialist is on hand to chat, they may be managing multiple visitors. So the interaction may be more casual.

Like the self-guided tours, open houses also give you a chance to check out the neighborhood. Take a walk through the streets, check out the community amenities, and see if the location works well for your lifestyle.

Option 3: Private Sales Appointment

If you’re ready for a more informative EGS experience, a private sales appointment is your best option.

This is our most consultative offering – a scheduled, one-on-one meeting with the sales specialist who knows your desired neighborhood inside and out!
