The New EGS HQ: Preparing for Our Big Move

The countdown is on!

Our new EGStoltzfus headquarters is nearing completion, and we’re excited to share a final progress update before we officially move in next month.

Since announcing our new headquarters in July, momentum has been building steadily. Now, the space is truly coming to life.

The warehouse is already buzzing with activity from our site and field teams, and furniture installation is underway throughout the office areas.

Our new design studio, which will be 50% larger than our current studio space, is transforming into an inspiring space where EGS customers will shop their design options, make selections, and dream big. The studio is slated for completion in February, just a few weeks after the building’s January opening.

We couldn’t be more excited about this company milestone! The new HQ represents a big transition for EGStoltzfus. For the first time in over 20 years, our 3 divisions – Homes, Custom Homes & Remodeling, and Commercial Construction – will operate under one roof.

Our new headquarters isn’t just about efficiency. It’s an exciting opportunity to foster collaboration among our nearly 100 employees and provide an even better experience for our clients, trade partners, and visitors.
