Although quite different from each other, these 2 plans were the top picks for many clients who built with us.

The Breckenridge

The Breckenridge plan is a completely reimagined version of our older Brentwood plan (read more here). Some of its most popular features include:

• Open layout between kitchen, eating area, and family room
• Dedicated flex room for hobbies or home office
• Separate dining room for overflow seating and entertainment
• Large owner’s suite with oversized walk-in closet

The Summergrove

The Summergrove plan is one of our newer single-story home plans and offers:
