Cleaning Quartz Countertops

Heather Vance from Indoor City discusses cleaning quartz countertops.

Quartz is a non-porous surface, so it is easy to maintain. We recommend using a soft sponge or some dish soap daily to wipe up spills or crumbs.

No Sealing
No sealing is needed because quartz countertops are non-porous.

Removing Stains
If you do get a pesky stain—like strawberries, red wine, or coffee—we recommend using Bar Keepers Friend®. Just wet a soft sponge and rub it on the stain. Do not scrub vigorously because it will scratch. Use this gently and it will get that stain out.
