Sheet Vinyl Options

Sheet vinyl is included in our kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms. This affordable material is offered in many different styles, including some optional patterns and colors.

Upgrade Options
We offer the option to increase the thickness of the sheet vinyl. That is recommended for higher traffic areas like your kitchen, mudroom, or the owner’s entry.

Performance
This product is durable and water-resistant. However, if a heavy appliance is moved across it, it can rip.

Installation
Sheet vinyl is installed with a luan underlayment and full glue installation. Because it is sold in 12-foot rolls, the flooring will require a seam in larger application areas. Over time, these seams can be compromised by normal wear and tear.
