Experience the 2021 BIA Parade of Homes

Builders often use the annual Parade of Homes tour, sponsored by the Building Industry Association of Lancaster County, to highlight a community or showcase their unique take on the latest in home design trends.

For EGStoltzfus, this year’s Parade, which runs June 12th through June 20th, is an opportunity to do both with an entry that introduces their newest home plan in one of their most popular neighborhoods.

The Glen Mary, coming soon to 1501 Wheatfield Vista, is one of 14 home plans available at Landis Farm, a destination neighborhood in East Hempfield Township that offers a host of amenities, including a community pavilion, walking trails, benches, meadows, and green space.

The Glen Mary in Landis Farm will not break ground until later this summer, but Parade visitors can tour the Glen Mary virtually at LancasterParadeofHomes.com.

Those interested in seeing this new home plan in person can tour a Glen Mary model in Cumberland County at 300 Reserve Lane, Mechanicsburg, in the Spring Meadow Reserve neighborhood.

With four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,700 square feet of living space, the Glen Mary is designed for the way families live today.

Among the new home features most appealing to buyers is the home office. Even as life begins to return to normal, many people will continue to work fully or partially from home. This private space is perfect for a “Zoom room.”

The home also has a large great room/kitchen area, with a large walk-in pantry and separate storage area off the kitchen. There is also a morning room/breakfast area off the kitchen with access to an integrated covered back porch.

The second floor features four bedrooms, including a prominent owner’s suite and convenient upstairs laundry room.

One of the Glen Mary’s most desirable qualities may be its flexibility. Buyers can modify the plan to include additional garage storage space or an optional first-floor guest bedroom with ensuite bath, and an additional bedroom or bonus space on the second floor.

In addition to the Parade of Homes virtual tour at Landis Farm, the Landis Farm sales center/model home at 1421 Pennscott Drive, Landisville, is open by appointment for in-person tours. Virtual appointments are also available. Call Leslie Rhinier, online sales specialist, at 717-537-6968 to schedule.

While the Landis Farm community is quickly filling up, there are plenty of other EGStoltzfus neighborhoods to explore in Lancaster County, including some new ones coming later this year:
