The 2023 Parade of Homes – sponsored by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Lancaster County – kicks off Saturday, June 17th and runs through Sunday, June 25th. There are 20 homes in the Parade this year. All but one home can be visited in person, and all homes can be viewed virtually on the Parade of Homes website.
EGStoltzfus will showcase two homes this year including our model home at Meadows at Strasburg and our newest model townhome at Lime Spring Village.
Parade Home #12, our Glenwood model, is located at Meadows at Strasburg – 4 Old Orchard Rd., Strasburg.
This single-family home in the Lampeter-Strasburg School District offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a 2-story foyer, large picture window in family room, Entertainer kitchen package, backyard deck with countryside views, and more.
Several Phase II homesites are available in this neighborhood. Stop out during the parade to see available homesites.

Parade Home #2 is located at Lime Spring Village – 2446 Artesian Way, Lancaster. This luxury townhome neighborhood is in the Hempfield School District.
Our model home features the Mifflin floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a detached 2-car garage. Parade visitors will see a stunning kitchen with deep blue painted cabinets, granite countertops, picket style backsplash, and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Parade hours are weekdays 5pm-8pm and weekends 12pm-6pm. Admission is free.
