Nathaniel Jones
Nathaniel Jones has joined the EGStoltzfus Homes Division as Assistant Residential Site Manager. He will manage a variety of hands-on tasks to prepare homes for completion before client settlement. Nathaniel is a graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School.

Laura Chandler
Laura Chandler joins the EGStoltzfus Homes team as New Home Customer Coordinator. She brings several years of experience to the organization, previously working as a title insurance processor, licensed real estate agent, and most recently as settlement coordinator for another local builder. Laura is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College.

Spencer Gehman
Spencer Gehman has transitioned to a full-time role as Electrician for the EGStoltzfus Homes division. He previously worked as a part-time Electrical Helper. Spencer is a Conestoga Valley High School graduate.

Hayden Jennings
Hayden Jennings has joined EGStoltzfus Commercial Construction as Assistant Site Manager. He previously worked as an assistant site manager for another local home builder and has experience in estimating and purchasing. Hayden graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with an A.A.S. in Architectural Technology and a B.S. in Residential Construction Management.

Kristie Cliff joins the EGStoltzfus Homes team as Staff Accountant. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in various industries. She most recently worked in the aviation industry managing various accounting and finance processes. Kristie has an Associate’s Degree in Business and Accounting.

Corey Radzik joins EGStoltzfus as Safety Manager, having previously worked as Assistant Director of Safety for another local builder. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Environmental Health from Millersville University, and holds several industry certifications related to job site safety and training.

Ashley Behnke joins EGStoltzfus Homes as Assistant New Home Sales Specialist/Consultant. She previously worked as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and worked in corporate sales for various industries and companies throughout the U.S. Ashley has a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Business from Indiana University.
